Section 6 of the Contracts Act 1950 (Revised 1974) Provides That a Promise Is Revoked

Section 6 of the Contracts Act 1950 (Revised 1974) provides that a promise is revoked if the promisor fails to fulfill the obligation or condition that is necessary for the performance of the promise. In other words, if the promisor does not meet the requirements outlined in the contract, the promise is considered null
